Intel
We work in a number of capacities for Intel, including but not limited to: consumer research, naming, and branding. We partnered with them on naming Crosswalk, an open source app distribution site, using data to determine an ideal solution by creating a dynamic research process, one that leveraged their experience, combined with their planned marketing strategy, and verified with consumer insight. This process lead to the Crosswalk Project.

Jet.com (acquired by Walmart)
Marketing messaging and direct mail testing.

Texture (acquired by Apple)
We worked with Texture (formerly Next Issue) on brand, messaging, and design as they continue to move the digital magazine experience to places it has never been before.

Peloton
We conducted research on marketing messaging to be implemented in direct mail for the connected exercise equipment and coaching company .


BPM
Large scale regional accounting powerhouse BPM, engaged us to discover and establish their brand strategy and brand architecture including position, promise, story, and attributes. We're developing their brand and visual guidelines, helping them translate the brand documentation into real world, actionable marketing claims, and teaching how to successfully live the brand internally.

Microsoft
We were approached to evaluate the current signup and onboarding process for the Microsoft Partner Network and Microsoft Action Pack. This included competitive analysis of several Microsoft competitors and complete evaluation and recommendation set around ways to improve conversion via information architecture, user experience design, user interface design and messaging.

Vessel (closed)
We were approached by Vessel, an exclusive short-form vlog influencer platform, in advance of their public launch to coalesce brand positioning as well as copywriting.

Lynda.com (acquired by LinkedIn)
We provided insights and advice on strategy and design to lynda.com specifically in their email and display advertising efforts. We have also completed a brand sharpening project for them.


99 Designs
This is a classic case where 99designs had a brand position that did not address the business needs as design marketplace and was not understood by the employees. We were tasked to discover an ownable brand position and roll it out to all the internal stakeholders.

We implemented the research process that leveraged their experience, combined with their planned marketing strategy, and verified with consumer insight.

Jumpstart MD
We refreshed JumpstartMD’s logo, color palette, copywriting, and photographic style to align better the direct-to-consumer weight management company with their target demographic.


Demisto
Demisto is securing communications across new vehicles like Slack and helping data security analysts collaborate in new ways. We were engaged to design their logo, color palette and website so they have a solid visual foundation for future endevors.

Strike Brewing Co.
Strike Brewing Company is a Bay Area craft brewery that specializes in distinctive beers. As investors, we're focused on brand strategy, product positioning, messaging, growth, as well as coordinating the overall marketing strategy.

Kurbo (acquired by WW formerly known as Weight Watchers)
We were approached by Kurbo, a service dedicated to helping parents and kids lead healthier lifestyles by changing their eating and exercise habits, to refine their site structure and design, in order to improve conversion and tell a more compelling brand story.

Togally (closed)
Togally makes great photography available to everyone. As equity partners, we discovered the Togally brand position as well as it's attributes, and showed them how to apply them to various marketing channels.

Attune (closd
We developed the name and visual identity for Attune, as well as refined their sales and pitch decks.

Flaregun
Flaregun is a social app and AR technology platform that let’s groups of people find each other instantly and in a highly visual way. In our marketing lead role, and as investors, we are developing the launch and go-to-market strategy for marketing and promotion, as well as advising on product and user experience.

Cloudcam
Cloudcam allows anyone to instantly broadcast HD video from a number of devices, including the GoPro series of cameras. With social components and cloud backup, it is a unique, powerful app. As the marketing brain trust, and as investors, we discovered and developed the brand position, attributes, and messaging.

Room77
We were tasked to advise their renaming and create an identity for Room77 based on some incomplete, early positioning work. We refined the presented positioning work, advised on the new name, and then developed the corporate identity.
